As per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54924867/back-filling-an-airflow-dag-for-additional-historic-dates and https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=62694614 renaming the DAG is necessary for the start_date change to be picked up.
