Allow "Task:" as keyword for task ID detection

Not all commits are bug fixes. The commit allows both "Bug:" and "Task:" at the start of lines that are identifying phabricator tasks. This feels more intuitive as we mostly call them "phabricator tasks" and not "phabricator bugs"
